Hi, Thank you for your comment on running and pregnancy. I’ve trained a lot of runners through pregnancy. It’s nice that the doctors are finally seeing what we women know and that is that we are strong and individual. As long as we are listening to our bodies and staying hydrated we can continue to be active throughout pregnancy. Good luck with your running.:)
